I’m late to the party that grew out of ProBlogger’s 7-Link Challenge, but better late than never. To make up for being such a laggard, I’ve added an eighth link at the bottom of the post.
My First Post – Welcome to Virgin Blogger Notes
I had no idea what I was doing when I started this blog. All I knew is that I wanted to blog, I wanted to create a supportive community for others who love but struggle with blogging, and I was tired of letting fear get in my way. My first post is short and sweet, but I’m proud of it because it was a first step towards doing something that mattered so much to me.
The Post I Enjoyed Writing the Most – What My Father Taught Me About Blogging

A Post With a Great Discussion – 6 Things That Get Easier About Blogging if You Just Keep Going
The comments are hard to follow because the order got scrambled when I changed from Disqus to CommentLuv, but there was and continues to be a lot of conversation around this post. A Post I Wish I Had Written – The Mine Game is Stupid
This post is written from the perspective of Loy the Rabbit (aka Chloe Adeline, who designed the header of this blog). It mirrors my feelings exactly about possessions and the priority we give them in our lives.
A Post With a Title I’m Proud Of – 7 Signs That Granny Hijacked Your Blog
There are two reasons I love this title. One is because it brought in a lot of new readers. We were talking about choosing images, and I said that the image that fits so nicely on one blog might make another blogger think that granny hijacked their blog. I immediately thought, “What a great post idea!” I love when ideas drop from the sky like that.

We put so much effort into our blogs. Why not build something that will hold up in the long run? This article shines a light on the importance of putting thought into our blogging goals so we lay down posts that will help us achieve them.
A Post I Wish More People Had Read – 57 Smokin’ Tips to Thaw Blogging Brain Freeze
Now that I’ve got a few months’ worth of posts under my blogging belt, I know all too well how challenging it is to produce quality content on a regular basis. I stumbled across this post the other day when I was interlinking some older posts and realized I want to implement a lot of these tips myself in the months ahead.

Everett Bogue touched on an issue that’s near and dear to my heart in this post, which is taking personal responsibility for the role we play in outside events. This article is a great reminder to me to look at my daily choices and consider how my actions impact the world.
